Scotts lawncare

Rick came and assessed the work to be done, he then sent another wonderful guy to clean my garden of weeds. Results were very satisfactory. He then came back to see for himself. Both Rick and the other guy are courteous and professional.

Derek Scott did not do what we agreed on and he never showed up as he said he would finish my yard. The little he did do was not satisfactory or what I asked him to do. My hedges were only somewhat trimmed, he did not cut down the weeds I asked him to, and he said he would spray some weed control killer, but he did not. When I tried to contact him on the day he was supposed to come back and finish what he could not the first day, he responded back hours later. He said he could come at 1 even though he promised he would be there at 9 that morning. When I asked him to come another day that week during the morning, he completely ignored me. I text him and he never responded. I was not satisfied with the little he did do and it certainly was not worth what he charged me. I will never recommend him to anyone for lawn maintenance or landscaping work. If he treats his other customers the way he treated me, he will not be in business long. This young man needs to learn what integrity and customer service really means. So glad I have someone else now who can do what they promise with my yard.

Extremely friendly and professional. Excellent work done and we have hired them to continue doing yard maintenance going forward. Very reasonable prices.
