Write a ReviewVery hard worker, very professional
Very knowledgeable and resolved issue in a short amount of time.
While I know that plumbers aren't cheap, I thought that $850 for 2 hours worth of work was unjustified and I feel like I was taken advantage of.
They were very fast to respond.in no time they had the dain un clogged
The service was a little pricey but I needed it
I was desperate to get help. I had asked my community if they knew anyone and they didnâ  t. My community knows im struggling and have helped out. I asked for the price upfront he said between $145-$435 low end for a simple unclog and then it can go up the $435 if it was a bugger unclog that needed more effort. He had a helper and i also helped emptied my buckets to use, got them rags and Ofcourse the small snake doesnâ  t work so he switched over to the longer one, finally unclogs the sink took less then 30 minutes for this to take place. He is gone for over 4-5 minutes in his car with the lady that was with him and he comes in with the vibe of someone who knows theyâ  re going to do something screwy. And gives me a bill of $650 says he only takes cash or cashapp ( which isnt even secure payment method venmo is) and says he doesnt take credit card cause he had a bad experience before and tried giving some story about venmo even though its what is used for businesses because it gives you that option to say its for a business. But he didnâ  t want it because it was more secure, alarming when you think about it. My uncle who lives in jersey who owns his own construction company AND deals with plumbing because thats what my grandfather got to teach him before passing that i never got to do, says this was overpriced for the job. He didnt come in gear he came under casual. Im infuriated to know that having a house that looks big means â  let me charge more cause they can probably afford itâ  Had an anxiety attack to where my roommate paid the bill using money meant for her SURGERY because you know pets overcharge people and not tell them ahead of time what options they have for payments and give an honorable price.
this guy shows up at my house in a beat up pickup truck no identification at all on the truck or his person. I should have turned him away right away, but I did'nt, I took him to the basement to let him look it over. He commences to open the drain valve on the tank to drain the remaining water out of the tank, dont know why, he then start messing with the pressure switch, I had to show him how to start the pump from switch, I then commented that" you guys are scaring me, you are not a plumber". He did go out to the well piping to inspect, everything looked good to him. He came back to the basement opened a couple fitting on either side of pressure switch. end of story charged me $350.00, and did not put the fittings back together. He may be good at a clogged sink drain, but I would not let him put his hands on anything else.
professional and friendly.
He was very considerate, polite, fixed the faucet problem on one visit
Good job.
