Scout Septic, Grease & Drain

I initially gave a bad review because I didn't get the services I was expecting. After seeing my review, the company reached out to get more information on my ratings and review. He explained that the type of work that I was looking for is not their specialty. I was looking for more of a general plumber to do inspections of my plumbing and drains, while the services they provide are more specialized in sewer and drain work. He was very understanding on why I had given the review I did, and because they were not able to do what I was expecting, he gave me a full refund of the money I paid. So, although I didn't get what I needed, I did find a company that is has excellent follow-up customer service, and am changing my review to reflect that.

They came and did a great job, we are new home owners who had a clogged drain and used Scout septic they needed to make 3 trips, including going under the house in the crawl space, to get the job done but highly professional and trough and reasonable in cost. We would recommend them.

Called and talked with Matt the day after Christmas. It was late in the day, and he offered to come out immediately. I instead set up an appointment for the next day. They showed up right on time and had the job done within a half hour. Friendly, courteous, and professional. I will be using Scout in the future when I need them. I'll be recommending them to others as well. ??

Excellent service and value. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and they were on time. The tech, Billy, was friendly and professional. This was my first time having a grease trap cleaned and he was happy to answer all of my questions. Overall a very good experience and I highly recommend this veteran owned business. When it's time to have the trap cleaned again I will definitely be calling them.

We liked that when we called they answered, rates were clear without hidden costs, they drained our septic tank despite a few uncommon challenges, and their technology and equipment was modern and well maintained. Most of all, the employee that serviced us was prompt, professional, and put in the extra effort to work quickly without sacrificing quality. Thank you M, thank you B.
