"Michael, please contact me. I would be happy to refund your money but I will also repossess the window screens so you can start all over and find out how unreasonable and unwise you are being. The windows on your house are old and in bad disrepair; I did not break anything and in fact deserve credit for taking very good care of you. I did complain about how problematic your windows were - you were standing over me and what else was I to talk about? It is very frustrating for me to get a bad review, and I do not deserve a bad review here. I ask you to reconsider your rating, and I hope other users will dismiss it. Thanks."
