Scrub N Clean

This is one of the worst cleaning experiences I?ve had. Owner is undependable and dishonest . Insist on getting paid cash and keeps on hiking the price.. She is never available on the appointment time and then insist she needs the key to home for access whenever she wants.. she also hires temporary workers with herself with no background check. You are letting her in your house to your own detriment. Would not recommend her to anyone..

Hired her for a deep clean off my apartment. Did a very thorough job even getting the baseboards. May even get her to come and clean on a railcar basis. Thorough and professional. Would recommend

My husbandâ s company used Scrub~N~Clean at their facility. I called Lynn for a quote to clean our house. She possessed a polite and friendly attitude. Which made explaining what I needed from her service easier. She works efficiently and diligently through all cleaning task. She tough on dirt and stains but gentle with your possessions. I have used her service in many ways from whole house cleaning, a particular room cleaned, appliances, just ask, she does it all. I have always been more than pleased and satisfied with all work performed by her.

Project - Business cleaning. Cleaned offices & bathrooms upstairs and downstairs along with connecting stairs and lunch rooms. She performed every duty with enthusiasm and diligence. All work was immaculate. The professionalism she displayed in her work is unequal by any other. Courteous, friendly and conscientious.

Expectations set via phone for entire Home & Windows, "Professional, DEEP & IMMACULATE Cleaning". We read & believed the reviews.....WRONG.....I felt these written reviews on HomeAdvisor were completely incorrect. Lyn LEFT for over 2 HOURS & NEVER said a WORD. She THREATENED my husband & I MANY times to leave EARLY. I felt extremely UNCOMFORTABLE in my own home, we OVERPAID for a HORRIBLE job. Her son was there to lift heavy items, we found him trying to clean by flinging the rag onto our couch & used a DIRTY rag to clean our wood stair rail.....this was inexcusable. Our home was Worse after they left. We had to CLEAN EVERYTHING......the FLOORS......STICKY & DIRTY, WINDOWS & WINDOW SILLS & BINDS were, STREAKED, DIRTY & DUSTY, ALL SINKS.....GRIMY & DIRTY. She THREATENED to SUE us too. I called Home Advisor to Complain & they only care about getting paid by these Companies who use their website for getting unsuspecting clients. Lynn with Scrub N Clean came highly recommended to me by a friend who was using her service. I was excited to meet her because I knew my friend was also very picky about her house and I needed someone who was as picky as me. Before I became disabled my family referred to me as OCD when it came to cleaning the house. As much as they tried (and I really did appreciate their effort )... I could just see dirt piling up in corners and under things, and could smell things that a house shouldn't smell like. I was frustrated that my house was going to go to pot... My home has always looked model like I always received. compliments on how clean and nice it WAS. My first impression in meeting Lynn was that she is a very sweet upbeat, professional, person who knows her stuff! She made me feel very comfortable and confident in her abilities and knew what I was looking for. She most certainly knows and understands what CLEAN is! I hired her that day and she and her crew showed up later that week to do the initial "DEEP CLEAN"! That entailed a lot of details I wasn't even expecting and that are to long to list. When they were don't the sparkle was back in everything, the smell was amazing and I was very impressed with their hard work. I was trying to find something they missed lol. But instead I found things I didn't expect them to even clean. My biggest pet peeve are bathrooms I hate to see dirt on baseboards, light fixtures and wall plates, build up in the tubs and fixtures. rings in toilets and tubs and dirt in corners! MOST OF ALL BEHIND THE TOILETS! They got the hoses, the water valves, the back wall, the baseboards behind the toilet, the disgusting things that hold the toilet lid on and hold the toilet to the floor, they didn't miss a thing in either bathroom! Once the deep cleaning is done, Lynn customized a plan for me and the house has stayed cleaned and always smells great! I highly recommend her and her ladies to anyone who needs a hardworking dedicated person who takes great pride in her work and her clients. Thank you Miss Lynn and all your staff for jobs well done! Efficient service

Lyn and her team of 5 cleaning pros efficienty came into our 3,000 sq feet of home and cleaned walls, cabinets, bathrooms, appliances, and even in areas I’d never expect need cleaning. Very thorough job from this team. This was the best customer service experience I’ve received from anyone anywhere in the world. I will absolutely hire them again.
