Handyman Service
Tom came right over when I called him about my roof leak. He spotted several reasons for the leak, not just one,so I knew he knew what he was doing. He did a thorough job and was nice to work with as well as an excellent communicator. I plan to hire Tom for other jobs.

The representative, Tom Rich, is totally undependable. He started the work a full week late and took three days to do his estimated two days work. He left black tar marks on the white vinyl siding. He removed a rain gutter on one side but replaced it improperly and it now does not catch the rain from the roof. He promised several times over the last month that he would correct the situation but has not. He has stopped taking my calls and has apparently now blocked my number on his phone. This man, Tom Rich, has no integrity and apparently neither does his company. Now we have to spend our money fixing what he caused. Totally unacceptable attitude and behavior.

I received a call from Tom within minutes. Tom listen to my needs and answer all my questions about how they where going replace our roof. The work was done on time and done with care and with courtesy towards my neighbors yard. I highly recommend them.

They replaced rotten trim on my house with PVC composite boards. Tom was quick to contact me with estimates and work me on a reasonable price for the job. The work was completed on schedule and his team was excellent on the quality of work and cleanup. I will definitely use them in the future.

Tom did some facing as well as some gutter work. The cost was less than the bigger name companies which have much higher overhead and took over a week to contact me for an estimate. The work done was not only fine, but more facing was done than the contract called for at no increase in the price.

The 2 guys that did the gutter cleaning and repairing of downspouts were wonderful. They did not stop for a moment and were very thorough. There was some miscommunication on scheduling but that was worked out fine. The price was great and will be planning on calling them again. Will refer as well.

I was glad to see that they were able to come out and handle the work on a Saturday, as my being home for such work Monday through Friday is tough with my schedule. The only issue I had was some miscommunication on confirming the day and time of the appointment, but everything worked out in the end. After having a little bit of wind that day, Tom pointed out some loose shingles and was willing to help with that issue for a very reasonable price. The work to re-erect the vinyl gutter run on the second floor was done very well and the shingles on the back of my roof and some flashing that he repaired looked much better than prior to the work he did on that section of roof. An easy recommendation for any sort of roofing and gutter work in the future.

I hired Tom for the job. He quoted me a very reasonable price, he repaired the roof and then added a new top layer , he removed a chimney that had been causing many leeks. The job was completed in three day's very efficiently, he also replaced Two ceilings inside my home. Ann LaCortiglia

Tom called me right back after I submitted my issue. I have to say I was skeptical hiring over the web. Tom called did what he said he was going to do, at a fair price, when he said he would do it. He also work with me on some roofing issues I knew needed be worked. In fact I just hired him for a third time. Good guys to work with, reasonable price and prompt.

I hired them to clean the snow off my roof. Looking at the roof the guy said NO PROBLEM and quoted me a price. I agree'd and he began the job that day. He did not do a complete job, even in MY pointed out area's of concern. NOW I have a leak. I cant afford to pay someone else to do it again. It was expensive and my specifications were not met. I was then asked to make the check out to a different party other than W. Norton
