I have been working with Glen who is the owner of Guaranteed Roofing for all my roofing needs since before Covid, and I could not be happier. Glen has a degree in architecture which helps a lot because he comes up with best solution when he sees a leak in the roof. He also takes time to explain why he thinks that is the best solution in a way that is easy to understand for me. In my previous home, he replaced the entire roof. In my new home, he repaired at least two leaks in separate instances. Both repairs worked like a charm. Most recently, Glen and his team replaced the roof on my patio which I renovated. It turned out great. Please see attached pictures... I also used Guaranteed Roofing services on a French drainage project in effort to prevent rain water from coming into my porch. Also attached pictures for that. They finished the entire work in less than a day. I am so grateful for all the great work Glen does for me.
