They did a good job.

They changed out a standard moen shower cartridge. They charged me $680 to replace the part it took 15 minutes. Yes, i okayed the bid thinking it was a two hour job. I believe they took advantage of me because I am a senior citizen.

Very pleasant and courteous plumber dealt with my problems professionally. Would consider them for future work.

The cost:amount of work ration and that the work was not entirely completed is what led to this review.

First of all, Im 73, and dont know if that made me a target. The office told me he would be there sometime between noon and 4:00. He arrived about 4:00 and said he had to travel through rush hour traffic. (Not my problem.) He looked at the job and said he would need to replace the faucet and associated lines and possibly cut out some of the water system pipes and replace them. I provided the faucet and plastic lines leading from the faucet to the water system. He didnt know how much time it would take. He went to talk to the office as he said he was new and needed to consult with them. He then said he needed my signature and provided a tablet for me to sign before he could start work. However, I wasnt able to read what I later found out was a contract due to the tablet being hard to read, and was never provided a copy of it. Apparently I agreed to pay him $1600 no matter what he did. I would have only agreed to that if he also had to replace part of the pipes leading to the knobs. It shouldnt have cost that much to replace the faucet, plastic lines to it and the knobs controlling the water underneath the sink. He was here about 90 minutes in total. It cost about 750 to replace the faucet and lines and about 750 to replace the knobs.

They replaced my mother board with a generic one ( not a Lennon one) and it ruin my thermostat and now they refuse to give me a call back or any finfo on Mother board. Charged me $1300 and won?t replace it or return calls. Very frustrated with their lack of them not taking care of my problem.

It was way too expensive for the work that was performed. They originally said that the pipes leading up to the faucet may need to be replaced and the wall opened up. Previously before engaging them. I asked for a possible quote for how much it would cost and they told me that it was up to the technician. When they came out to do the work that they would determine the amount. I asked the technician how much it would and he told me that it was up to the company to decide for how much the work would cost. When I contacted the company they told me again that it would be up to the technician to determine the how much it would cost by checking the amount of work. I could not get an answer from both of them because they would just keep passing each other on who to ask for the quote. After the project was completed, I was given the bill of about $750+ to replace the faucet, to replace the hoses and the two knobs roughly $350+ each. When I called the company about the price, I was transferred to the dispatchers and was told that I need to talk to the technician for it.

They will tell you that you are in good hands but as soon as they get the work done, their hands turn over and dump you onto the ground. We had a heat pump installed by them that has issues but getting them back to fix those issues is impossible. They already got paid. What do they care? They were expensive to begin with but we fell for their untruths about quality and service. Don’t let yourself fall into that same trap.

I had been w/o hot water for a week when finally calling for help. My neighbor recommended Seatown, as she is pretty particular, so I decided to not get another estimate. The old unit was not workable so the crew came out several days later for install. They were professional, efficient, respectful of the home, and very pleasant. Hot water again!!

He took care of everything, and since we are members with Seatown, it was all included in our membership.
