    Michael and Will were amazing! They fixed my heat pump/furnace communication issue, set up my smart thermostat, and replaced my filters. They were so kind and explained things so well, and were really fun to talk to.

    I had been w/o hot water for a week when finally calling for help. My neighbor recommended Seatown, as she is pretty particular, so I decided to not get another estimate. The old unit was not workable so the crew came out several days later for install. They were professional, efficient, respectful of the home, and very pleasant. Hot water again!!

    Had another great experience with Seatown. This time Chris came out and did a service for our heating unit. He took care of everything, and since we are members with Seatown, it was all included in our membership. He also offered us some suggestions for the future, but we didn't feel pushed into them at all. Thanks Chris for bringing your expertise!

    We had replaced the range in a rental home. When the appliance delivery store arrived, they called to tell me that the 220v outlet was setup for a dryer not a range. They wouldn't install the range until I had the outlet replaced with a correct one for a range. I was eager to find someone to replace the outlet quickly, to get our tenant setup ASAP. I posted the job on Angi and In-House was one of two electricians that replied. They wouldn't give me any kind of estimate or minimum trip charge before heading out. Based on the generally favorable reviews, I decided to let them go out. On arrival, they quoted me more than double what I was quoted from another electrician (who I didn't hire because even that seemed too high). These guys charged me $662 plus tax to swap out a single outlet (admittedly a 220v outlet). I ended up letting them do the job because I wanted to get the job completed so my tenant could use their new range. But the charge was in my opinion outrageous.

    4 hyberheat mistubishi mini splits (2 of them extra powerful) and a great outdoor unit $30k 4 years free financing Far better deal than Blue Flame and others and no sleezy salesman tactics. Service was good too. A broken seal meant water was getting into the basement. They came in 18 minutes and fixed is super fast!
