They failed to properly treat the lawn and we got a major grub infestation that destroyed the lawn. Horrible. And the same thing happened with our neighbor.

After one year 1/3 of my lawn had dead grass. Paid $600 for one year of lawn treatment and the results were lousy. Talked to them about it and they told me they would not take responsibility. They offered no compromise. In 45 years my lawn never looked this bad. Very unreasonable people to deal with.

The Owner and Operations Manager do not appreciate a good customer. I would not recommend hiring them. Extremely poor customer service.

My lawn is a work in progress. So far it's coming along exactly as Ron from Seacoast Turf Care said it would. The technician that treats my lawn (Billy) is a solid young man. He happened to catch me at home today, knocked on the door and explained what he was going to do. After he was finished he took a leaf blower to the driveway where some of the granular fertilizer ended up. That's value added service. I appreciate that.
