Dave was great. He arrived on time, was very thorough and he took the time to make sure my wife and I understood each step. I would highly recommend him w/o reservation or hesitation to anyone needing a home inspection. Seaholm home inspections are very reasonably price and we were able to receive a free pest inspection which made it all the better. Hire Dave Seaholm you will not regret it!

Very knowledgeable. Lot's of photos clearly showing what needs to be fixed or any flaws present. Easily understandable and uses plain English to explain the home inspection process and items inspected. Lot's of attention to detail. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a home inspected.

Dave was very professional and thorough in his checking of my roof problem. He spent approximately 2 hours and not only climbed the roof on several occasions but went under the addition to check where the leaks are entering into my bedroom. He provided a detailed explanation of the problems along with suggestive remedies not only orally but in a followup letter containg over a dozen photographs of the problems along with his findings. If I ever need help with any kind of problems relating to my home or if I would be purchasing a home, Dave would be the first one I would call. Also price wise, he was very fair.

Had 2 home inspections done. Both had solid backgrounds, but different approaches and style. With the inspections one week apart, I expected to find similar results. I didn't, and am not sure of whose report is the best.
