Oceanside Sealcoating

Had my driveway repaved. They did a great job, quick, professional and reasonable.

They went above and beyond to do the job correctly. Very nice people to work with.

A nice group who worked extremely hard on taking our a root in order to lay the gravel. They were very caring to make sure we were satisfied and tried to meet our needs. They were good, until the time seemed to drag on, because they weren't prepared with the correct tools to cut through the root, and then the bobcat had to go back and they apparently couldn't rent it for one more day. That led a longer delay. What was supposed to be completed in 2 days max turned into a week. The trailer they loaded the demolished concrete on broke its axle making it be an eyesore for a week. That was not their fault, but it wasn't pretty to stare at for a week. The kicker was the two moments we experienced with the driveway project and Oceanside. The Bobcat backed into our garage breaking off the stucco(luckily it wasn't 2 ft to the right, because then our garage door would have been destroyed.) They fixed it the best they could and it wasn't too bad, we laughed actually. And lastly, when they laid the concrete for our sidewalk, it wasn't fully even, nor flush with the gravel, making the sidewalk crack when our vehicles drove over it later that week (after it should have been plenty dry and hardened). Overall I did like the final product. I would give them a B- if I would grade them, because of the sidewalk being a little off and the time delayed. I would recommend them.

Did not come on schedule. Did not pave entire area agreed upon. Did not clean area around. Never came back to complete work. Never responded to me afterwards but I guess that's my fault because I paid in full before completion. Although, everyone was very nice and polite. Beware!

Had my driveway repaved. Outstanding job! High quality and reasonable prices. It was a win win situation. Very nice people to do business with. I am a customer for life!

Joshua Giles, and his team did an awesome job on my driveway. They arrived on time, and stayed until the job was complete. Please do not be concerned about Mr. Ray D's 1/2 Star review. They are required to collect a deposit for the materials, which they buy as needed for each job. So, once they collect your deposit, they immediately send someone to go pick up the asphalt, which is why one of the crew members had to leave the job site. They took great care of me, and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and work colleagues!!

They took off and didn't finish job after asking for a parcel payment.

A lot of trouble scheduling. Also they did not lay gravel under the tar when they expanded the driveway.
