The overall look of the floor in the garage and laundry room is good, especially the laundry room. Our clean up after the work done in the laundry room was tedious and very time consuming. The footprints left on the hard wood - bamboo floor were very difficult to remove. It must have been epoxy residue left on the shoes of the workers. The resulting concrete dust from preparing the laundry room floor was everywhere and time consuming to clean up. It would have been nice to be told ahead of time about the concrete dust so we could have covered the furniture, etc.

"We want to apologize for the dust that was created while working in your laundry room. We try very hard to make sure we leave our work area cleaner than we found it. We used plastic sheeting to cover the door in the room and we obviously could have done a better job.. We also want to apologize for the foot print left on your wood floor. We want to make this right, please let us know what we can do to make things right with you. We have left a few messages for you on your phone and would love the chance to speak to you to figure out an acceptable solution. Call us when you have a minute and we can figure this out together. Thank you."

We now have a fine shop floor. The installation was completed as scheduled and within a couple of weeks from the time we first contacted the company. We have moved some heavy tools into the shop and have had no issues with scratching the floor, so I expect it will wear well. If you hire this company, I would make sure that you are communicating exactly what you want - we didn't have any problems, but did need to clarify some wording in the contract.

On October 22, 2013 we had Epoxy Colorado do their premier Epoxy coating on our garage floor. The professionalism of the staff was outstanding. Tory Curci with Epoxy Colorado was very professional and courteous to have as a contractor during the installation. He explained the entire process as the installation moved forward step by step.
