In a new home and didn't know if my granite had been sealed. Kathleen came out and sealed my granite. Got back in touch with her because could see veins with deposits coming through. She immediately set up an appointment to check out what I was referring to, then came back within a few days to remove the deposits and reseal the granite. (Granite had been previously sealed) Quick responses, efficient and never questioned my concern. Would highly recommend!
