Seal Source Paving & Roofing

A nightmare. Needed a small leak repaired, received a reasonable estimate and explanation of what was going to happen. After agreeing to have the repair done, the roofer found more areas to repair that where not leaking and the price increased three fold. upon completion the one small leak was gone but now there where three leaks. After numerous attempts to repair the new leaks the leaking subsided. The roofer was paid in full and we were given a one year warranty. After the next rain the leaking continued. After numerous attempts to contact the roofer ,phone and text, contact was finally made and it became apparent that the warranty was not going to be honored. It is unfortunate that HomeAdvisor ratings lowest value only goes down to 0.5. My real rating would be in the minus range. I wonder what HomeAdvisors responsibility is in my loss ? I had to hire another roofer and replace the entire roof.

Unprofessional and very pushy to get the money.. Did not complete the work and will not answer the phone call to reschedule to complete the work. Gave two days to come out and never came out.

The cement work was good but the black top patches were not good.

He does not finish the work. He wants cash money and he cannot be trusted.

Needed my flatroof area of my home repaired and resealed, i had major leaks and Seal Source did a great job fixing the problem for me, i recommend them to anyone in need of repairs of all sorts.
