Very knowledgeable about the type of work and good prices. However, some of the floor wasn't entirely clean prior to sealing and therefore there are paint marks and additional items on the floor that can no longer be removed unless done by a professional.

Excellent customer service via phone and email. Did a demo prior to work to illustrate results. Work was completed as promised and my floor looks fantastic. Workers were courteous and conscienous. It was very expesensive, but I would highly recommend this process to anyone with Saltillo tile.

They came in and cleaned all of our grout on our floors and did a great job. I can't beleive how wonderful our floors look. They carefully moved our furniture and moved things back to where they were, our cleaning lady for 10 years never knew where things went back. Very happy with results. Thanks

She charged a minimum of $250.00 to re-caulk my shower. She didn't re-caulk all areas of the shower. She didn't re-grout the area that I had asked to have re-grouted. The caulking that was done was very sloppy. I was extremely disappointed.

"We feel that this is not really our customer, in that we have no female installers, and we do not do caulking. Please note our overall rating with Service Magic, and read all other reviews. This is not the way we do our business. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau because we do excellent work and strive to make each customer happy. We just think this is a mistake and was not in fact our customer. She obviously hired a different company and confused them with us."

I was given a quote that was different from the estimate and I was not satisfied with the result of the cleaning of the tiles.

"Note: The customer said they got a quote that was different from the estimate. The "estimate" was our guess on the phone of what the cost might be to do the work. The "quote" was the actual written quote that was given on the contract by us when we actually saw the floor. The work was done per the written quote and the work was done, but the floor did not look like a brand new floor. We never promise to do anything more than get the floor as clean as it can possibly be. Please note all of our other reviews and also our overall rating. We have an A+ rating from Better Business Bureau because we strive to make each customer happy."
