We knew that Riley was in business for a little more than a year and his competitors had more years of experience, however, Riley explained the entire process in clear, straightforward terms and gave us confidence in his abilities. We decided to use him partly to help him get more experience, but also because we felt comfortable with him. He did not disappoint us and the basement floor looks amazing. He did an excellent job and we would use him again.

Riley was knowledgeable and answered all my questions as I compared quotes for the work. Like others who have posted I took a chance on a new company and have not been disappointed. The project took a little longer than expected because the floor was pitted and deteriorating. I appreciate Riley took the extra time to ensure a more lasting finish. My only complaint is I now have to paint the walls to match the upgraded floors!
