We specialize in Residential and Commercial sealing coating and line striping and providing other pavement maintenance services. Seal of Approval is proud to use Velvetop products. At seal of Approval we proudly apply seal coat with brushes by hand to insure a nice thick finish. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of workmanship with the most professional customer service.

This is for: Seal of Approval Suffolk, 263 NY-25A, Wading River, NY 11792. 5th year I've used them, and couldn't be happier. I appreciate the great communication-- I get a reminder, plus the day-of I get a heads up that they're on the way. Their work is neatly done, and their worker was super courteous. Best part is that they ping me an annual reminder in early Spring to book an early bird discount. Happy to keep using them.

Scheduled to come in the afternoon and showed up 30 am. Sealcoating over the edge on new pavers or didn't seal to the edge at all. Overpriced after receiving additional quotes and talking to neighbors. Very disappointed.

I had a problem with the rain washing the sealant away from half my driveway. Seal of Approval came again a re-sealed the whole driveway at no extra charge! They were very professional and I will use them again and also recommend them to others!
