From day 1 Dani came out and explained everything that needed to be done and what the expense would be. They showed up on the day scheduled, worked tirelessly until the project was completed, and explained things as they went. When the encapsulation was complete, Dani came back by and explained to us how the system worked and made sure it was running correctly. Every step of the process was done as promised, very efficiently, and it was like they were never there as far as cleanup. I would Highly recommend this company to anyone. I am a Realtor and I will definitely be recommending them to my clients!!

This is the second time I have hired a drainage contractor. The company before Sealtech buried about 50 concrete pavers in the trench while I was away at Lowes. Needless to say I did not call them back. Sealtech sent a three man crew out. They dug up the sod (Bermuda) and saved it to put back. Then they hand dug a trench about 200 feet. They cut out four feet of concrete very neatly, then installed a 4-inch schedule 40 PVC pipe (the thick stuff), not the corregated black junk. They captured one gutter and installed a drain basin where water would mass during heavy rain. The crew did not damage any utilities during the entire process After they filled in the trench and placed the sod back you could hardly tell anything was done. I can say I am highly satisfied. I cannot wait for the first heavy rain.

SealTech installed drainage in our backyard. We had gotten two quotes but get that Dani (owner) was more knowledgeable and professional so we went with them. The crew got done in two days and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Also, there is a five year warranty on the work. Highly recommend this company.

French drains were put in my yard from one end to the other and around the side -- a big area that was holding water and ruining my lawn. Dani was very knowledgeable and accessible. He and his crew were professional and courteous. The crew cleaned up everything as they went along. It looks great but more importantly, it works great. They waterproofed my foundation wall, installed a French drain, installed underground drains for my downspouts , cleaned out my Crawlspace and installed a vapor barrier and dehumidifier. Excellent work on all of it! I highly recommend Dani and his crew.

The installation of a proper drainage system saved our back yard. The men worked very hard and followed strict standards. Everything was done properly and the cleanup of the site was excellent.
