Home Owner BEWARE! PREDATOR CONTRACTOR! He takes peoples money and makes an excuse to leave and then never returns unless you pay him a lot more money. Feels like ransom.

"Please be AWARE of this person he has gone through about 5 contractors trying to get work done for nothing. He has ran off everyone who has tried to help him. He does not want to pay for any installation work or the tare out that a pervious contractor has done he believes that you should only charge him for what he tells you and then tries to say he will help you to try to get money off his bill. He was only trying to pay $500 for doing a bathroom floor and the walls and when you try to talk to him he becomes very aggressive. He is not someone you can trust to pay you when the work is completed unless it is up to his standards. He will tell you that everyone has got over on him when in reality it is the other way around."

Sean- the owner threatened my husband for payment prior to finishing the job, his quote ran way over budget by thousands and it was really tricky getting him to finish what he started, he ultimately walked out after throwing a huge fit. He's got a temper and doesn't like his work to be questioned. Sean took a commercial job in the middle of working on our house, and ended up trying to finish our kitchen in his off time. I wish I would have asked him for referrals, but we were fooled by his charm and ended up paying the price for it. In the end, we had to pay someone else to finish - and even fix the mess he made. My advice - Run as fast as you can from this guy!

"In this line of work you cannot make everyone happy even though you do your best to please the customer. And that old saying that the customer is always right is not a true statement.
