Sean is the best. Fast, so responsive, and so knowledgeable. Totally trustworthy and so fair in his pricing. First time we worked with him, he came and made the repair immediately and wouldn't let us pay because he said it was such an easy fix. Second time, immediate service and such a reasonable charge. He is our go to guy and we couldn't recommend him more highly!!

Sean popped over right away ... and took care to go with the least expensive option as a trouble-shooting strategy. Bingo. A small replacement part and I was back in business. Sean responded immediately to my ServiceMagic inquiry and came out the same day to assess the project, which involved removing an old foil, accordion-type dryer vent pipe and replacing it with a safer, metal pipe. He submitted a bid by e-mail, coming in with a price that was less than half of what another company that specializes in dryer vent cleaning wanted to charge. We scheduled the work for later in the week. Sean and his assistant arrived promptly, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. I'm very happy with Sean's work and would hire him again in a minute.
