Sean Mott Construction

I had a classic 1980's Kitchen Dark Cabinets, Black Appliances, Formica countertops. It had been remodeled prior to My Purchase. After completing Design Drawings and getting an estimate, We decided to change the design of the kitchen by removing a partial non Supporting wall and relocating the Stove from the South Wall to the West wall. This provided the complete south wall as preparation countertop without changing the work triangle in the Kitchen. We purchased a Quartz countertop that was custom fit. Sean provided the Cabinet Vendor and we purchased the cabinets through Sean. We purchased the Flooring and Sean Installed the Flooring. At Sean's Recommendation we replaced a 2-40w fluorescent fixture with 5 -7watt LED fixtures provide the same amount of light with 60% less power consumption. Sean then painted the walls and Installed a tile Back splash. The project was completed over the Christmas Holiday Week which provided some Supply Chain Issues. Sean continues completing as much as he could and the project was completed in a Reasonable Time and ON BUDGET. We are Extremely pleased with the results, Brighter Room, Increased Counter space, and more cabinet amenities. We look forward to working with Sean on future projects

Impeccable workmanship! This is the third time we have used Sean and are once again very pleased with the results. We will be using Sean for any future remodeling projects!

Great experience with Sean and Brock! They are extremely skilled with a great work ethic and attention to detail. Fabulous communication throughout the entire process. Originally hired them to remodel our 2.5 bathrooms (which are gorgeous), but loved their work so much, we also hired them to redo our upstairs flooring. Would not hesitate to hire them in the future for additional projects.

Sean and Brock remodeled both of our bathrooms, installed a light in our closet and did some drywall work in our garage. They do everything from plumbing to electrical. We have absolutely no complaints. We would highly recommended them for all your remodeling needs.

Sean & his crew did an excellent job on my projects: complete renovation of kitchen & baths, including raising ceiling, moving water & electrical lines, installing cabinets, tile & flooring. They are skilled experts & I would highly recommend them. They were professional, friendly & efficient & reasonable cost & timeframe.

Sean was amazing to work with! He paid great attention to detail and had wonderful communication throughout our project. I will definitely hire Sean again!

This was the second job that Sean and Brock have done for us. They did a total remodel on our main floor and because they did such an amazing job, we reached out to them again for help with drywall and texturing in our family room. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project! Super reliable and reasonably priced.

When project is finished comment will be provided.

I will hire Sean again.
