Three guys came out to house found a dead rat in crawl space went up in attic said there was huge birds nest in it and did not take it out!! Paid them to put poison in crawl space and agreement was to come back in two weeks to remove any dead animals, remove birds nest in the attic and rebait traps. I have called them several times and no return call.

I called many services, but this vendor arrived within an hour of my call.

Stay away from this company. I've already reviewed them in the past. and given them the lowest rating and I would say the audacity of the company to ask for a reference from a customer who had to file a claim against them to get her money back. I ended up having to hire another company to resolve the issue in august after this company dragged the project out for five months. The new company was able to resolve the issue in 2 days when they couldn't solve it in almost 5 months all while refusing to give my money back.

Don't use this company under any circumstances. I feel scammed. Very unprofessional and never meets appointments. Takes your money up front and never resolves the actual problem. They are verbally abusive. I was unhappy with the project and they refused to give me a refund and even told me that they are nullifying my two year warranty. It has been 3 months and I have the same problem that i started with.

This was the second time I used him, he was great, and even discounted the follow up.

I hired them to remove a raccoon and her litter from my attic. They were unable to get the babies to lure the mommy raccoon out and away because they could not figure out how to get them. They opened the drywall in several areas with no success, and finally patched the holes and told me that he thought he had seen the mom leaving with a baby. They placed male scent all over and told me that it would make the female vacate if she was still in the house. Then they said they would contact me in a couple days to follow up. Both guys (JJ and Adam) were very nice guys and I think they sincerely tried to do their best to rectify the issue. That being said, when I told them that they had not done anything but patch by the gutter and make a bunch of holes in my walls, but didn't solve my initial issue at all, and that I didn't feel I should pay the $499 agreed upon with their boss for the removal and patching, they said they understood. Then they retired to their truck, I believe to try to reach their boss for direction, but said they couldn't get ahold of him. Then they presented me with a bill that they said was for half price of $350 (should have been $250 if it was indeed half price) and as I looked it over they had tacked on $200 for patching the gutter, which was supposed to be included as I had confirmed with Sean (the boss) the day before. Plus they stated on the bill that they had "removed a raccoon and 3 babies" which they had not done, but JJ supposedly had seen her removing them. They them told me they left a hole open "just in case" and that they would call me in a couple days to check and make sure all was resolved, and set up a time to come close the hole. On the bogus bill they had noted that I would have to pay the "other half of $350" when they came to close the hole they had left - most expensive hole repair in history, especially when that would make my payment $700 instead of the agreed upon $499 - PLUS THE RACCOONS WEREN'T REMOVED!!! I have not heard from them since and it's been almost a week... Well..... that night there was a horrible clatter in a bedroom closet where the drywall was removed. When I looked in the baseboard was all torn off, the furniture has urine all over it, and raccoon footprints were everywhere. I opened the closet window, made a ramp of a board and shut it up tight. The next night I heard a bunch of noise again, and saw the raccoon climbing on my latticework outside my window. I rushed in and closed the closet window thinking that at least now I KNEW she was definitely out! The next morning as I was returning home from tasks, the neighbor told me a raccoon had been tearing up my roof - shingles, underlayment, insulation - and had even fallen a couple times. she has pictures and videos to prove it! I re-opened the window and she rushed in and into the hole. I tried calling US Animal Control, but there was no answer and the mailbox was either full or not set up, so I called the humane society who gave me a few

They came out and set up bait traps. Checked under house. Trained us on how to maintain system and agreed to come back twice to check the traps for a small additional fee. Easy to work with

Sean called about 20 min prior to appt. time to advise that he would be a bit late. {20 min}. He & his helper arrived, did a through assessment of the job, we agreed upon a price & they got right to work. They were done in about two hrs. including the cleanup. They did a very satisfactory job & I don't think our starlings will be returning.

Was quoted on the phone that he would install custom made metal spinners but they were not installed. When I inquired about the high price, he said he would come back if the birds came back. Well, the birds came back, I texted, and he never replied. I asked, before the job, if he could fill the nest hole in the side of my house back up with insulation, he said he "would do his best". I suspect he did nothing, If I had to guess, he probably didnt even bring insulation. Lastly, the metal flashing was installed over the hole poorly, there is a hole where water can get in. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

Needed Racoon removal from crawl space. Quick to contact, quick to respond. Did exactly what was proposed for price quoted. Service was good and personnel was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them. great guys !

Great job removing pigeons nested in an awning on our second story roof. Good customer service. Very responsive. On-time. Fair-market price.

They were quick to contact me. We see a date and if anything changed they called me right away. Once they got here they took care of the nesting birds quickly and were out before I knew it.

Sean and Richard did an amazing job getting rid of the woodpeckers getting into our attic. They removed the existing woodpecker nests from the attic and installed "bird blocks" around our house in the likely places. They were very nice to work with and very professional. They came when they said they would and did an amazing job, for a fair price and finished quite quickly. They did everything they said they were going to do. They gave us a guarantee and encouraged us to contact him with any questions. I did text Sean, and he responded quickly with a good answer. Two of the nicest guys i have really ever met. Sean and J J came out the same day after a brief conversation about my raccoon problem under my house. The price quoted was the price I paid. They are honest, kind, thorough, professional people. My problem wasn't as bad as I had thought and they shored up some areas under my house where the raccoons could be entering. I got a ton of valuable information. Had some great laughs and conversation. And have piece of mind. No animals harmed. Everybody's happy. Great wildlife stories too. Hell, they could have hung out all day if they wanted too. Its money well spent. And the price was way way way better than any of the competition. A gracious thank you for your great work. Very quick to estimate and complete!

Sean and his helper (Richard) came by at the appointed time, unfortunately I was called to my bank to sign some paperwork. Sean called and told me that they were at the house and I hesitated to ask if they would stay until I returned home, which would be about 15 minutes. Sean stated that it would not be a problem for them to wait. When I arrived at my house, Sean and Richard were there and proceeded to inspect the house. I had originally called for them to inspect the attic and clear out any critters that were residing in there. Fortunately, there were no openings found on the outside that would allow entry to the critters. They inspected the whole house and found some nails attaching the rooftop venting were loose and proceeded to nail them down. Other than that, there was no reason to enter the attic from inside the house. I am very happy with the service and the professional attitude of this company.
