Sean did what was estimated at a fair price and gave a two year warranty. Sean was not the cheapest but was thorough. A couple of estimates were low ballers and one even estimated the wrong house.

"We were contracted to clean and stain a deck. The customer paid in full upon completion. He asked me to estimate seperately 2 rooms interior, he accepted my proposal, The night before the job he called me unsure about color and asked me to install crown molding and hang drop ceiling (NOT IN CONTRACT) I advised him we do not do that kind of work, He got upset when I told him a g.c. may fit his need"

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!! We had a very difficult work schedule as well as limited funds...we were relocated from Maryland to NJ and Sean was so accommodating it was incredible. He came late in the evening and worked until the weeeee hours in the morning. I hope the rest of my business experiences are a awesome as mine has been with Sean and his company.
