Swimming Pool Opening & Closing Service
I booked this service several months ago and confirmed with them for a last week that the pool would be closed today in spite of the bad weather. He said he would be in touch. My husband has been out there morning and night to keep the pool clean and free from leaves and acorns. I got a text this morning that I needed to find someone else to close my pool. I had given him instructions on how he needed to drain the pool (drain onto street vs backwash) and his response was that he did things his way. His voice mails are full and he won't return my calls or texts. Not a very good way to run a business and I would not recommend him!! Very disappointed.

I hired Sean to open my pool yesterday. He did fantastic job. He inspected and call me later evening time to go over some recommendations. I am pretty sure his advice would be worthy. Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
We hired Sean to replace the liner in our pool in 2018. We had problems with the liner, all the water drained out over the winter. Also part of the liner started to slip down from the coping in the deep end. We called him and he said he would come out and never showed up. We kept calling him and he stopped answering our calls and texts. We finally had to call someone else to fix the pool. Costing us $375. I would never use Sean again.

Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
Contracted with Sean Pools in April, 20 to replace a vinyl liner. The liner arrived but unfortunately it was too large. Sean put the blame on GLI the company who made the liner. GLI denied it was their fault and advised that it was Sean's fault as his measurements were wrong. Sean was not honest and continued to advise me that a new liner was being made. I finally made contact with GLI directly and they were so upset with how I was treated they agreed to make a new liner and ship it directly to me. I then had to expend additional money to correct the work that Sean did in preparation of the new liner. The track that he installed had to be removed as it did not remove the original track and all of his work was substandard. He may be good at opening and closing pools but the job of a new liner installation and painting of coping and concrete deck was done poorly. He simply was not qualified to do the work I contracted for. I had to look at an empty hole in my yard for most of the summer during a heat wave. Very disappointed in the work done and how I was treated and would not recommend his services.

"Due to the corona pandemic, the factory's are working with a skeleton crew and liners are taking a very long time. I informed Mrs McCabe of this a few times and when I recieve the product, I will install. I understand the frustration but it is not in my control to make the product. These are exceptional times."

This guy is not trustworthy. He took off with some money for me and left my pool worsted than it was. When I call him he hung up on my wife and I. VERY BAD PERSON TO WORK WITH.

"Customer delayed payment on all material. He had all items before I received payment. I didn't trust him to pay for the liner install so we parted ways with all items paid for in customers possession and I took the loss."

Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
Our original plan was to replace the liner and resurface the floor but after speaking to the contractor he didn't feel we needed to spend money buying a new liner. So I made an appointment a month ago for today June 12th to have my liner taken down and the floor resurfaced and the liner put back up. We drained the pool, ordered and paid for the water to be delivered at the contractors requested time. Both myself and my husband have been calling for the past two days to confirm our appointment and the contract has not called back nor did he show up this morning.
