Were on time and friendly, got the usual "upsell"when they arrived that I guess I should expect, but is still disappointing. Overall quality was average

Fred from Sears cleaned two chairs and a couch. The chairs had been "cleaned" before but were still stained. Fred worked on them long and hard and they look brand new! I was on the verge of replacing them, and now I can enjoy them for years to come.

The two young men that came to my home were very friendly and did a wonderful job. They took the time to hang insulation over the doors, to the outside, to keep the bitter cold outside. They placed plastic corner pieces around corners so they wouldn't damage the drywall. They would ask me to come and see the progress as they were cleaning and would ask if I was satisfied with the work so far. They were able to get spots out of the carpet I was not! My carpets look like new.

The cleaning job was very thorough, everything was explained. Since the protectorant spray is somewhat sticky, it seemed difficult for him to wipe up. That would be the only things I would want to see different--not having to clean up after the spray.

My reps from Sears, Rafael and Otilio, were great. They were on time, professional, educated me on the process but worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up and put everything back to its original place. I would recommend Sears for air duct cleaning and upholstery cleaning

cleaning done verry well but but stain gard or scotch gard sertinally didn't do a theral job only covered a minamall amount of area that was cleaned not the hole carpet
