They were able to come out the day same day i called. Micheal was on time, even though there was severe rain and flooding in the area. I knew i needed the garage door spring replaced and during his inspection he found a broken hinge. We discussed the situation and determined that the door was probably the original garage door, we had just bought the house on monday and this happened on Saturday, so he recommended a garage door overhaul. Very pleased with how it turned out. Will use them again if the need arises.

The problem was a garage door that had come off the rails and broken roller wheels. The door was up so garaged possessions were open and exposed to the public and weather. They responded immediately and had a service tech at the home within five hours and the repair was completed with the door operating perfectly.

Scheduling and rescheduling of the service was a breeze. The first technician was very knowledgeable and could pin point the problem with the garage door - for free, as advertised. The best choice was to replace the garage door opener. I bought one and scheduled for another technician visit. The second technician - who installed the garage door - was very efficient and courteous. Now my garage door is working the way it should.

Guy was nice, but created a hole in my sheet rock searching for the wiring and didn't think to clean up after himself. I will have to also find a way to patch. He also placed big ugly warning stickers on my walls without my permission leaving adhesive on the sheet rock walls after I pulled them off. That's not their place to do so without asking.
