I was OVERLY impressed with Jeff Meade's service on my garage door. He was awesome, had the problem fixed in just a few minutes, was extremely personable and friendly plus he adjusted my door to come down farther when closing and I think has corrected a water problem I've had for 15 years. The price was sooooo low I was shocked and tried to tip him and he refused. I have already put a message on my facebook profile for people to contact him if in this area and had garage door problems. I'm in awe of this guy and his service. Best deal I've ever found.

From the beginning this experience was top notch. They came when they promised, did a professional job, explained every detail of what they did, and when they were finished, the price was exactly as they had promised. No surprises. I have been telling EVERYONE about this company. Remember each of these are independently owned franchises...so my experience is because of this one franchise...not necessarily all of SEARS.

Jeff Meade was our repair guy - came very quickly to get my cars out of the garage when the door broke - showed me the choices I had and was able to do the repair the next day - he explained the financing possibilities which made this repair to our home much more painless... I would recommend him gladly - and have already shared his name with friends.
