Very good service

Wouldve been five stars however they didnt clean up there work debris. Wire straps used were cut and the excess wire was left behind. Overall I am pleased.

We found everything and everyone to be very efficient and pleasant. There was one glitch, however, when the electrician didn't turn on the fuprnace before he left Everyone was very apologetic and things were rectified very quickly. Also, there was a loud banging noise when the furnace turned off. This also was rectified very quickly. The serviceman was very apologetic

They came on time, finished early and cleaned up. Overall I am real satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to friends.

Very prefessional and thorough. Left my place clean after the install, and even loaned me some goo-be-gone from their toolbox for a project that I was working on while they were installing my furnace. They reviewed what they did at the end, and gave me a card so that I could call with any issues. Would highly recommend Sears and their contractors.

They were prompt and courteous and made sure I knew how to run furnace . They also cleaned up when they ere finished.

The man who came to my house to describe the furnaces and help determine which one I wanted could not have been more wonderful. He was helpful and efficient. We had agreed on a week when the work would be done. The installers called and wanted to come a week earlier. I okayed it, but it wasn't the best day for me. They were nice and efficient. The new furnace appears to be exactly what I wanted. However, the new thermostat control was a different size and shape from the original one and they didn't patch the holes or repaint the edges--not a big deal but when I got a security system a few weeks ago, they did do all that finishing.

The service and work were good. There is a hose that should/could have been routed differently but overall I'm satisfied, and will have my son in law look into changing that.

The service person was very courteous and he answered all my questions. He explained to me all he was doing and did a great job. The person that came out prior to give us the estimate was great. He explained the whole process and what needed to be done. When I brought to his attention that another company had a better price on the same unit he made a call and they priced matched the other company.

The estimater came on schedule and provided an accurate acessment of the job to be performed. Installation was quick and within budget.

Installed water heater in a professional manner. No complaints.

I feel that the sales department does not have a lot of knowledge about the products they are selling. Also they way underestimated the installation (by at least 3 times). Finally, they sent the installer with the wrong parts so we ended up rescheduling the installation (costing us time off from work).

Was the highest price. However...It was I who accepted it. Responded to all call-backs. One electrician charged me additionally for a Circuit breaker, while not having to drill a wall.....Using the same hole which my up-stairs neighbor used. In general...Acceptable.
