Not the lowest price but the best combination price and service. Teh heater was installed in the time frame that wanted.

Sales rep Patrick was very professional and helped me to understand the system. The contractor, Blue Skies A/C, was great to work with and went above and beyond my expectations.

The servicemen who came and installed my heatpump did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. I am extremely happy with the Carrier Unit that they have installed. There has been a noticeable difference in my electric bill this past month.

The Sears representative was very knowledgeable and professional. The setting of the installation and the installers are a different story. After about a week or more of waiting for them to call and schedule the installation I finally called them. They were supposed to call me back and let me know if the date I had requested was available. Needless to say I had to call them again. Once the system was installed and before the installers left, I noticed they had knocked a small piece of sheetrock off of a corner of my wall. I pointed this out to them and they promised to send someone to fix it. It�s it now 6-8 weeks later and it still isn�t fixed. I also noticed that the thermostat was installed crooked. Guess that�s what you get with contractors. The unit itself works wonderful though.

The company insisted that both my husband and I be there when they came to give their "estimate". Confirmed by phone the day before, then never showed up, never called to cancel or reschedule.
