I was very favorably impressed with your representative. He was very knowledgeable and informative.

My primary complaint was with the promises the salesperson made...that they could quickly put a system in. It is nearly a month since my first contact with them and the system is not yet done. I think the contractors got here as soon as they could but that was two weeks later than I was told. The other issue is that I was told was that they would do the entire job before they moved on to the next. This did not happen. The installer was here last week, Mon. through weds. The system is on but they are not finished the work. When the worker left Weds. he told me he would call the next day and let me knoiw when he'd be back to complete th

Excellent service and very professional. Pricing was fair and the work was done in a timely fashion. The contractor, C&J Refrigeration, was excellent and the workers were hard working and very professional. Very happy with the job!

This contractor has an incredible communication problem. They failed multiple instances, they failed in timeliness, and they failed to follow up.

The initial installation went as smooth as silk. However, ran into problems installing the humidifier. There was not enough room to fit the filter between the humidifier and the unit so alternate plans were made. We were advised an additional 1 week's time would be required to order and install custom made grills and filters. The original week turned into 4 weeks and when installation finally occurred, the grates were not the correct size. Rather than wait an indeterminate time for the proper grates I agreed to the installation and will fix the resulting misfit myself. Workers were courteous and helpful. The only drawback was the filt
