The initial salesman visit was very professional. He explained everything, and made recommendations. He compared prices for us to enable us to make an informed decision. We were contacted for the installation date, and it was timely and convenient. The installers were terrific and worked very hard. They took time to explain how to work the 'smart' thermostat. We are very pleased - and comfortable with the heating and cooling system. Thanks, Sears!

Although first appointment did not showup, the salesman was very professional. Spend a lot of time discussing my needs. Recommended a large AC unit based of sq. footage of my house. Something that the other 4 companies did not do. The installers were very professional also. They arrived on time, went over what they were there to do and did not stop until they were finished. Then they explained what they had done how the system worked and how the thermostat worked. They did an excellent job.
