It has been 2 weeks since the A/C was installed. I am very concerned that the unit was installed on the roof rather than the side of the house. The sales rep said that it would be installed on the side of the house. The installer told me that the unit would have to be installed on the roof in order to be more efficient. The a/c is noise and does not appear to function efficiently. So, you could say that I am not completely satisfied with my choice.
