Overall, very good. We really liked the rep that came out, and they had been very responsive overall, other than not receiving some calls back. Still waiting to hear on one issue with the contractor that came out, so are not satisfied

Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Install or Replace
Well, they were all really nice but......when installed, the furnace made a terrible popping noise. That got remedied and then a hugh vibration occurred. That got significantly diminished and the furnace finally passed it's third inspection appointment. However, the duct cleaning had to be scrapped because the installed intake wasn't large enough to accommodate the duct cleaning equipment. All this took three weeks. To top all this off, the instructions are upside down so I have to stand on my head to read them! I'm not a happy camper!
