I am still waiting for the installation. So far the only thing I have heard is that,they are stil doing some prelimanary checks. I am waiting for the phone call for the installer to set up an appointment for me to be there. I have to travel 300 miles (6 hours trip) I will rate the installer when the jopb is done.. So far Iam not satisfied with the way Sears is doing.

Sears provided the estimator-he talked a good game & then disappeared. He sold me a unit that did not fit my closet & that took my 2 week project to 6 weeks. I'm still waiting for the company that checks the duct sealing to come out. They were supposed come out on 9/23 & they never showed. Haddon was very nice, but they left filth all over my bathroom & I had to make them come out to properly install the pad under the a/c unit outside. They left the old pad in place & installed the new one over it - it wasn't centered or in any way aligned with the old pad - two totally different shapes & sizes. They did come out & fix it-it's fine now.
