They installed the air conditioning system.

five weeks later it's still not installed. They are not returning my calls or email. I'm going to have to take them to small claims court I think.

They were on time.They explain and answer all question.

Sears over sold the product required for the size of a single story home. Installers (Sears contractor) did a good job but had to spend alot of time over several days compensating for the over capacity noise factor and air flow of unit sold/installed. These comments were supported by the inspector who looked at the install. Ref# 10842728 changed to 10890978.

Was very good. However, I think we would have had just as good experience with Air and Plumbing Systems, Inc. Sears sold us a cheaper brand, we could have had a better one with Air and Plumbing. But Sears offered to cover the city permit. So it is a tie.

They delivered the project on time and on budget.

Sears and their subcontractor were very thorough with installation and timing.

Very good presentation but did not give information of Sears furnaces. We decided against installing new heating and cooling units at this time.

They were prompt and courteous with the price quote. All options were explained very well and there wasn't any pressure to purchase on the spot. Very easy to deal with.

Although first appointment did not showup, the salesman was very professional. Spend a lot of time discussing my needs. Recommended a large AC unit based of sq. footage of my house. Something that the other 4 companies did not do. The installers were very professional also. They arrived on time, went over what they were there to do and did not stop until they were finished. Then they explained what they had done how the system worked and how the thermostat worked. They did an excellent job.

The installers were charming an professional.
