Sears was a great company to work with, but they contract out, so make sure you check out who they hire for your project. At first, Shannon Heights Heating & Cooling came, but they were TERRIBLE!! They were no-shows twice, and were 2 hours late the day of installation, so we asked for someone else. Sears was great and got someone else right away, but it was definitely discouraging that they didn't check out who they contract out to better.

The contractor sears sent to do the install was excellent. The sales guy was pleasant but made some incorrect statements. All in all things turned out very good and proper installed.
