The representative was pleasant to discuss cooling needs with and presented the information in an understandable and professional manner. We were pleased with the evaluation and estimate that was provided and have decided to use Sears as our cooling provider.

Everything went very well with the installation, however it seemed to take an inordinately long time for the whole job. The installers arrived at approximately 8:15am , which was on time per the schedule. However, they never left until 12:30am. All seems well at this point, but the installers said they would call back the next week to check and see if all was well with the unit, but I have not heard from them as yet and we are now going on 2 weeks since the job was done. Just wondering if this was just lip service. Otherwise, the installers seeemd very professional and personable.
