Overall experience was positive. The work was done in time (during 3 days). However, it was overpriced. Though the amount and the cost of job was reevaluated in the course of the project, the refund has not been sent to us (after 3 weeks from the end of the project).

We had our Furnace and Air replaced and went through Sears who subcontracted a company called Simplicity. It is almost September and we still are having problems with the air conditioning - it will not cool down to the set temp. We have had them out many times and it is always a hassel because once they say what they think is th problem then they need to clear it with Sears - who seems to drag their heals on the fix... now we are waiting for someone else to come and evaluate the problem - been waiting 1-2 weeks now... very displeased with the service!!!!
