My experience with Sears Heating & Cooling was a good one. However, I'm still waiting for one part to be replaced that was defective. The contractor stated that he would come back and install it as soon as it comes in but has yet to return. Other than that though, like I said before, my experience was a good one and I have no regrets about choosing Sears.

They showed up early, took out the old unit and installed the new one. There's still screws and residue that I have to clean up. The unit works extremely well and keeps my house just the right temperature. I have worked for Sears in the past and have done most of my major purchases at your stores for most of my adult life. Have recommended Sears to my neighbor. God bless you in your support of our men and women in the military. Now leave me alone..

When you spend $6,000 plus, I expect the unit to be level. It shouldn't have been necessary for me to request this to be done several times. Leveling the ground before putting down the platform would add many points towards a professional installation. The two rubber blocks look cheap. Ed Orisak
