SEARS SALES PEOPLE LEFT A SOUR TASTE IN MY MOUTH. THE CONTRACT CONTROL AT SEARS WAS GREAT(MIKE). THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT.

The salesman did not transfer details about the requirements to the installer. Get details written into the contract. The salesman does not talk to the installer. I would not recommend this contractor.

The unit is good and the service men who actually put the unit in did a wonderful job. It is Sears Home Improvement itself that we are unhappy with. They told us we would get a $1000 rebate on this unit and we didn't find out until it was put in that the rebate is only $200. This rebate did influence our decision to buy because our house insurance paid all the cost except $1000. Sears has made no effort to make this right. When we try to speak to people in upper management we were told by Sears we could not. Poor customer service!

Pretty good service. Had some issues but in the end they fixed them and gave me a great price.

Very good presentation of the products. Unfortunately, I could not read his writing on the quotation. I'd recommend a mobile printer for his laptop.

They were highly knowledgable, did expect work, were considerate of our concerns and issues and we are 100% pleased with this decision.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and the work crew that installed the system was very polite and professional. Once a date was set for the work to begin, it was completed in one day. I now have air that has a variable fan speed which we have never had before.

the installers were supposed to bring me the instruction manuals but did not. They also did not check the unit properly, but after I insisted, they corrected the heating and the pump.
