Only one man came to remove and install system. I helped for 5+ hours. No filter track was sent for furnace filter. metal strip instahhed, but filter must be bent to clear drain in furnace, and this makes for poor fit.

VERY PROMPT TO START THE WORK WHICH WAS NEEDED SINCE MY FURNACE QUIT. FOUND OUT WHEN THE FURNACE WAS DISMANTLED THAT THE CONDESOR PAN AND SOME OF THE COILS WERE GONE OR NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SO WILL NEED TO CALL BACK IN SUMMERTIME TO HAVE THOSE PARTS REPLACED AS NEEDED. WORK WENT QUICKLY-6 HRS TOTAL. NO TROULBE WITH FURNACE SINCE THEN-VERY WARM AND VERY HAPPY TO HAVE CALLED THEM FOR SERVICE.

The salesman was way too long at our house, 4-1/2 hours. It was a painful time for both of us. The person was very nice but spent way too much time telling us how great Sears was.

We are very pleased with how well the system works, but the contractors were less than exemplary. They did not go through the finished system with us and show us how to use everything properly, they left several messes and damages, just not what we would have expected from Sears.

Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Install or Replace
We installed a high efficiency heating system to go with last years purchas of a similar cooling system. We hope to take advantage of the efficiency and quieter operation. The new system works great and we are very happy. We hope to save a lot, or at least hold off yearly increases. The contractor, installer works with his spouse, who acts as his assistant. They do a thorough job. It took a long time to install the new heating system. We did have an initial problem, where part of the new heater and fan started to make a whistling noise. He responded well to our problem, once I was able to identify that the problem was not too much air pressure, but more like a secondary fan out of balance. It turned out that the manufacturer was aware of this problem. Between the installer and OEM rep, they were right on top of matters, and we received a replacement part soon after. It's been a month now, so we are happy.

The salesman was very low key, and let the product sell itself. There were no high pressure sales tacticts! The installers were extremely efficient! I hardly even knew they were there! They even cleaned up after themselves as they went! I can HIGHLY recommend Sears Heating and Cooling!!!!!!!!!!!!
