Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
The sales rep ordered wrong heatpump first time. He retuned to correct order & price in a timelyway. The installers were late expressed they were sorry. The guys helper was not dressed professionally torn pants. They didnot have all tools on truck & took a while to order & deliver to finishjob they said the job would take 3 hours but they were here from 12:45 - 9:15 pm.Three things were left undone. An open holee to outside of house, no insulation over pipes & condensation pipe is not draining right. I called 4 times, no reply yet to fix the problems. I have called 5 times with return call to fix the problems.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
They priced the complete system and thereafter decided to use existing ductwork which should have been taken off the price. The sub contractor's men installed one of the copper tubes tightly against the inside of the roof and it got punctured by a roofing nail and I was required to pay an additional $385.00 to replace the tube and recharge the unit.

The subcontractors from Lexington who did this installation were VERY courteous and caring, for my mother has been very ill this year and they took that into account as they did their job with expertise and care. I will use them again.
