Great work. Very fast.

Good Exxperience except they did not relight the hot water heater after they disconnected the gas service to the furnace.

They did a grate job.

Good job overall. The salesman with Sears was friendly and accommodating to my scheduling. Only complaint is that he chose not to include replacing the line set as part of his quote. I questioned that, because it seems that the line set is normally always replaced when the AC system is replaced. So the salesman agreed to include the line set in the quote - and the quote we signed included replacing the line set. The installers were professional and courteous. But, they were not told that the line set was to be replaced, and so they wouldn't do it. I had them go ahead with the install because I didn't have the time to argue it.

Everyone who I worked with, Eric Adams my salesman, the job co-ordinator, Holly at Woolf Heating, and Harry and Matt the installers, did an excellent job.

There some communications issues between the sales person and the installers. We were sold a unit so big that we needed to remove the steps of our deck to fit the new unit. It was sort of frustrating to have a new house project to start as a result of replacing our A/C unit.

Communication with Sears Customer Service was a disastarous run around. After being refered to seven different department phone numbers to handle a specific problem, I ended up being told to call the first number I started with!!!
