They were very professional. I am still though trying to get someone to sign the paper to get our rebate from the gas company. The one guy said he was going to stop by to take pictures so we though that he could sign it but never showed. We e-mailed the other nothing. But otherwise I would recommend Sears. Everyone was very professional, friendly and curteous. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful to put down tarps, etc. in order to protect our flooring.

This was saved by the installers, The outside condenser wasnt figued properly. Had move the heat pump all the way across the back of the house, More labor and time. Didnt have the outside items, calculated, 18" is required. They had to go and get a longer coil line and other items to finish......... All in all okay. My installer are from Janesville. Iowa, not Des Moines.

The man who installed our furnace and AC did a great job. He also alerted us that we needed to replace our smoke detectors, and we really appreciated that.

They did not put caulking around hole leading into house, had to call them back out to perform that. Other then that and one small other thing. All was done on time and looks great.
