It has been over a month that Sears started to install the a/c in my home, still incomplete! Sears is not the cheapest. After this a/c experience, I will never buy Sears services.

Boiler or Radiator Heating System Service
was not only competative, but the financing was great. You don't pay a thing until you are completely satisfied. Nothing down. The contractors were from Michigan heating and cooling. was excellent. His plumbing experience really was tested by this job and he made it look easy. I feel like I made the right choice after receving more 3 other estimates. I could have saved maybe $100 elsewhere but Sears was competitive and courteous. The whole process went smooth, from the sales rep visit, job scheduling and installation. Still waiting on the inspector but I feel confident knowing whatever fails to meet code, Sears will follow up promptly because until I sign that I'm completely satisfied, I'm not responsible for a single payment.
