Sears Heating and Cooling - Grand Rapids

Very competent and friendly workers. They did an excellent job removing the old and installing our new furnace. We were pleasantly surprised at how well they cleaned the area after installation.

we asked for a humidifier for our furnace but all the salesman made sure of is that he put the warranty in and we didn't even ask for it.

Prompt, very friendly, They knew the equipment very well. Did the job faster than told when they started, and they needed to run 3 new heat air runs ! Very profesional work ( I work in maintenance and know a quality job) They cleaned up after themselves, removed old unit and took it with them. I could not be more happy with the job they done. If I every need servicing of the furnace in the years to come, I would spend the exta cost of travel to have those guys fix the furnace. And no I never met the person before they installed the furnace. Very content Don S.

The contractors did a fine job in a limited space. I am very pleased with the results.

rex is a professional ,he and his crew went out of thier way to please us.they did the job and did it right the first time.I was very impressed,both by the man and his work.I want to do business with rex this spring when we get our ac.

They didn't give the installer all the parts, then gave him the wrong parts. It was supposed to be "one day installation" which turned into seven day installation. The installer was supposed to be local.....apparently local to Kalamazoo which is an hour away which means if we need to have service done, we will have to pay for the hour drive time or void the warranty. The installer had to pay for parts out of his own pocket and come back three times because of Sears' mistakes.

I'm telling you these two guys were on time and worked every minute they were here. The job was done in four hours and I had a good time with them ,we even went lunch after the job. I would recommend sears to any one heating and cooling service thanks much. Richard.

Very knowledgeable, very thorough with the quote, the price the gave me was the price I paid, the a/c was installed 5 days later when I got back from vacation and was completed in 4 hours only because the coil they had was slightly bigger than the enclosure. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.....Talk to Sears!!!

They did a great job on putting the heater and cooling system in. Cleaned up great. My cooling system just does not keep up with the hot weather for some reason.

it was good but they have to come back out and fiqure out why the heat pump dosen't work. They were friendly people.

Sears put in our new furnace and they have done everything they said they would do.

Had some communication problems due to the sales rep being overworked and busy 7X24, but in the end, I was extremely satisfied.
