The Installers were on time, courteous and completed the job on time. They came back out in a timely manner when we had issues with the furnace/HVAC and completed the job to our requirements.

Sales person was very knowledgeable, however he hasn't followed up as he stated in his visit. The Heat Pump has been installed and I am pleased with the unit. The inspector passed the work but advised that he was going to have the installers replace some strapping and we have not heard back from the installers. As a matter of fact I have not received any follow up call from Sears, which I find disappointing.

Although first appointment did not showup, the salesman was very professional. Spend a lot of time discussing my needs. Recommended a large AC unit based of sq. footage of my house. Something that the other 4 companies did not do. The installers were very professional also. They arrived on time, went over what they were there to do and did not stop until they were finished. Then they explained what they had done how the system worked and how the thermostat worked. They did an excellent job.
