They were here promptly and got the job done quickly. They were careful not to make too much of a mess and the mess they did have they cleaned up after themselves. The only problem we had with Sears was that the first meeting we had set up with them got canceled, they said by us, but we didn't do that. They didn't bother to call. When no one showed up, we called and had to wait a week for the installation. A little frustrating but the job got done and we're very happy with the results.

The person who took over the installation did a great job and was very prompt. Sears sold the furnace but they dropped the ball on customer service. I had almost no contact with Sears and it took almost 4 weeks to install.

Fine work, but neglected taking accurate measurements during evaluation. This resulted in a failed installation and having to purchase another unit from them that would fit.
