The two installers did a GREAT job! I am not easily made happy by much of what passes for work these days; more often than not, I'm disappointed--but these two did a fantastic job. I forget their names (sorry, it's been a couple of months; I waited to see if there were any problems). If you look up my name (Bruce Moyer) and the installation at my residence in Blairsville in Dec 10, you should be able to find their names. Bruce Moyer, Blairsville Pa

They showed up and I had a emergency, but stayed worked around it. They completed the job in one day, when others said two or more days. The job they did was very satisfying to see. The contractor was very profussional and compent at his work.

Although first appointment did not showup, the salesman was very professional. Spend a lot of time discussing my needs. Recommended a large AC unit based of sq. footage of my house. Something that the other 4 companies did not do. The installers were very professional also. They arrived on time, went over what they were there to do and did not stop until they were finished. Then they explained what they had done how the system worked and how the thermostat worked. They did an excellent job.
