They were on time and finished in one day. The installers did an extremely professional job. Despite negative reviews, my system is very quiet, works as needed. I/we are most pleased with our purchase. After being in the construction business for over thirty years, my own HVAC people couldn't compete with the pricing we received after the tax credit and that includes figuring the tax credit for the others also. Plus we were able to get a bigger,better unit. I would recommend them to anyone. Roman and Phil did a great job. Kudos guys. Many thanks.

I was very happy with all of the people who worked on this project, especially the installers. They came from Florence KY. Everyone was on time, polite and very professional. I highly recommend Sears and the contractors that they use.

I had no issues with Sears. Everything was taken care of just like they said. Then explained how the system works and things I needed to check. Kelly from Sears called about 3 or 4 times to tell me when they will start and then checked to make sure it did. She gave me her number and told to her if if any addl help was needed on her end. The two men that came out and put the system in and did a great job. They did very little talking to each other while working. This gave me a good feeling beacuse they knew what to do without talking it other. Very little going in and out of the house to complete the work. Everything went well, Thank you,

Sears came in and gave an estimate for replacement of heating and air conditioning system. Told him I already repaired what was wrong with the furnace. Gave me prices for a new system, left his personal number for me to call when ready for replacement.
